Designed by nationally acclaimed design firm Furman + Keil & Associates, the project goal was to deliver a “suburban” sized home on an “urban” sized lot. To achieve that goal, we cleverly utilized a number of F.A.R. exemptions governing basements, ultimately resulting in a generously sized home of 3,450 sq. ft. compared to one that would have been capped at 2,800 sq
