Centre for Social Innovation
Purchased in the spring of 2010 on behalf of the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI), the old brick-and-beam warehouse at 720 Bathurst Street offers a prime location in the Annex Neighbourhood. The building’s generous perimeter windows provide high quality daylighting and its small floorplate made it the ideal setting for CSI’s second location. Designed by Levitt Goodman Architects, work is currently underway to transform the building into an open, vibrant and sustainable office environment for CSI and its tenants. We have assisted CSI in the due diligence, purchase and project management of the redevelopment.
