TCHC has undertaken an ambitious redevelopment of Regent Park as well as several other pioneering developments in Toronto, such as 60 Richmond East which was developed as cooperative housing for workers in the hotel industry. In addition to providing advisory services on the Regent Park redevelopment, we assisted TCHC and Teeple Architects in the early stages of the development of 60 Richmond East to achieve reductions in the construction budget while maintaining the innovative building design, functional unit plans and a LEED Gold rating.
