Launch Pad
Launch Pad is a workspace hub for small organizations that merge financial conscience with social responsibility. Located at 330 Adelaide St. West, Launch Pad offers office space at very reasonable rates and flexible leasing terms, along with common facilities and a collegial atmosphere.
Based on an initial concept by Dave Meslin of Spacing Magazine, One Development has created Launch Pad as an innovative interim use for a property that is in the process of being redeveloped. In providing an affordable home to small businesses and non-profit organizations, Launch Pad has brought an active and vibrant occupancy to what would otherwise be vacant space, thereby increasing security in the building and the surrounding neighbourhood and providing interim income during the rezoning and marketing period of the new development.
