Kilmer Brownfield Fund
The Kilmer Brownfield Fund has a strong mandate to redevelop brownfield sites in urban locations throughout Canada. Kilmer purchases the sites, deals with remediation of the environmental impacts and rezones the properties to repurpose them for higher order uses. We have worked as a development consultant to Kilmer and DTAH Architects on the Woods property fronting the Speed River in downtown Guelph and are also assisting Kilmer to identify new potential sites in urban areas through Ontario that present redevelopment opportunities.
