Dovercourt Redevelopment
We are assisting the owner of a former industrial property in the West Queen West area to rezone the property for a unique mixed-use building designed by Kohn Shnier Architects. The proposed design features a true mixed use program (including retail and studio/work space), a large green roof and innovative unit designs that incorporate double aspect “through” units with east and west exposure. The generous suites will be suitable for a variety of demographics – including families – with spatial and green amenities rarely seen in multi-residential buildings in the current market.
